How do the Athletes/Parents Pay for the Registered Programs?

Thapos allows the organization staff members to directly register the athletes (based on their eligibility) to any of the organization programs. The athletes later may log in to their Thapos accounts to view the program registration details, apply discount coupons (if any), and make the payment for the registered programs.


As an athlete, where can I find the registered programs?
To view all your registered programs, follow the below steps.

  • Log in to your Thapos application.
  • Click on My Registrations from the dashboard (or) click on My Activity from the left navigation menu and then click on Registrations.
  • The list of all your program registrations will be displayed as shown below.

  • The count of the total number of registrations is displayed at the top-left corner.
  • The Registration Status column will display your program registration status using the following three colors.
    1. Red- Indicates that you have left the registration on the ‘Parent Info/Athlete Info’ page.
    2. Orange- Indicates that you have left the registration on the ‘Waivers/Offers/Review & Confirm’ page.
    3. Green- Indicates you have successfully completed the program registration.
  • Hover the cursor on the   icon located under the Actions column. The following pop-up will be displayed.

  • Click on Apply Discount to apply the program discount, if you got a discount code.
  • Click on View Registration Info to view your program registration details. At the bottom of the Registration page, you’ll find the Update My Info link. Click on the link to update your personal & contact details.

 

As an athlete, where can I make the payment for the registered programs?
To view or pay for your registered programs, follow the below steps.

  • Log in to your Thapos application.
  • Click on My Payments from the dashboard (or) click on My Activity from the left navigation menu and then click on Payments.
  • The list of all your registered program related payments along with the current payment status will be displayed as shown below.

  • For every program, the program fee and the registration fee will be displayed separately.
  • The payment status may be either displayed as Paid Fully or Waived Fully or Waived Partially or Not Paid, using the following colors.
    • Green- Indicates that the program fee is paid fully under the due date.
    • Orange- Indicates that the program fee is not paid fully and haven’t reached the due date.
    • Red- Indicates that the program fee is not paid fully and also have passed the due date.
  • To make the payment online, click on the Pay link located under the Actions column as shown below.

  • You will be then navigated to the organization Payment Collection page, where you can make the payment either through the credit card or ACH.
  • After successfully making the payment, the Payment Confirmation page will be displayed as shown below.

  • You will also receive a payment confirmation message to your registered email address.
  • Click on the   icon to make the payment offline.
  • You will be navigated to the Offline Payment Instructions page, where you can enter the details on how you are going to pay…
